Ingredients for a French omelette:

  • Chicken eggs 3 pieces (180 g)
  • Milk 2% 5 tablespoons (50 g)
  • Clarified butter 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt

Step 1: Crack the eggs into a tall container. Pour in the milk and add a pinch of salt. Beat with a mixer or kitchen whisk until the ingredients are combined and the mixture has a uniform consistency.

Step 2: Melt and heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan (spread the butter over the entire surface of the pan). Pour in the egg mixture. Fry over medium heat, covered.
