  • Dark cocoa 1 tablespoon (10 g)
  • Calorie-free sweetener e.g. erythritol 2 tablespoons (20 g)

Step 1: In a bowl, place almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix and mash thoroughly with a spoon until a uniform mass is obtained (without lumps). Transfer the prepared mass to a convenient container. Close or cover with foil. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours or preferably overnight. During the swelling of the seeds, you can stir the pudding several times to get a better consistency.
