- Ground chicken 1/2 package (200 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of chicken meatballs:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the ground meat in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and knead with a spoon until a uniform mass is obtained.
Step 2: With damp hands, form medium-sized balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave small spaces between each ball. Place in the oven. Bake until properly cooked, about 15-20 minutes (depending on size). Turn the balls halfway through baking.
Step 3: Transfer to a plate and serve.
