Ingredients for apple chips:

  • Apple 1 medium (150 g)
  • Lemon juice 3 tablespoons (15 g)
  • Cinnamon

Step 1: Wash the apple thoroughly, dry it, and slice it into thin slices (ideally, they should all be of similar thickness). Drizzle the prepared slices with lemon juice.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 140°C. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they do not overlap. Lightly sprinkle the slices with cinnamon. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After the specified time, flip the slices to the other side and sprinkle with cinnamon again. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 40 minutes. After the specified time, the apple slices should be sufficiently dried. If not, leave them in the oven for a few more minutes.

Step 3: Remove the finished chips from the oven and allow them to cool.
