- Tortilla (wrap) 1 piece (62 g)
- Tuna in water 1/2 can (65 g)
- Canned pineapple 1 slice (30 g)
- Light yellow cheese (17-18%) 1 piece or 3 slices (30 g)
- Canned corn 1 tablespoon (15 g)
Preparation of Hawaiian pizza with tuna on a tortilla:
Step 1: Drain the tuna and break it into small pieces using a fork. Drain the pineapple and chop it finely. Grate or finely chop the cheese. Drain the corn.
Step 2: Heat a dry skillet over low heat. Place the tortilla on the skillet and warm it for about 2 minutes. Flip the tortilla to the other side.
Step 3: Immediately and evenly spread the tuna, pineapple, corn, and cheese over the tortilla. Cover the skillet and cook on very low heat until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the tortilla.
