Ingredients
Method
- Heat a bit of oil in a pan. After a while, add the meat. Fry, constantly stirring and breaking up the meat with a wooden spatula. When the meat loses its raw color, add the tomato sauce and season to taste with curry, chili, and smoked sweet paprika. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally.

- Prepare the crepes (check the recipe).

- Towards the end, season the meat to taste with salt and pepper and add grated or finely chopped cheese. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.

- Evenly distribute the meat filling on the crepes (divide the filling into as many portions as there are crepes). Fold the crepes in half and then in half again or roll them up.

- Eat warm or cold.
