  • Tomato sauce passata 1/2 cup (100 g)
  • Low-fat yellow cheese 1 piece or 3 slices (30 g)
  • Curry
  • Chili
  • Smoked sweet paprika
  • Crepes (check the recipe)
    • Flour (e.g., rice or wheat) 4 tablespoons (40 g)
    • Egg 1 piece (50 g)
    • Oil 1 teaspoon (5 g)
    • Milk 0,5% 3 tablespoons (30 g)
    • Salt
    • Water

Step 1: Heat a bit of oil in a pan. After a while, add the meat. Fry, constantly stirring and breaking up the meat with a wooden spatula. When the meat loses its raw color, add the tomato sauce and season to taste with curry, chili, and smoked sweet paprika. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally.
