Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Almond milk (almond drink) ⅔ cup
  • 20 g Spanish sage seeds (chia seeds) 2 tablespoons
  • 20 g Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
  • 10 g Dark cocoa 1 tablespoon
  • 20 g Calorie-free sweetener e.g. erythritol 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, place almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa, and sweetener. Mix and mash thoroughly with a spoon until a uniform mass is obtained (without lumps). Transfer the prepared mass to a convenient container. Close or cover with foil. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours or preferably overnight. During the swelling of the seeds, you can stir the pudding several times to get a better consistency.
