Heat the milk to a lukewarm temperature (about 30°C). In a bowl, place the flour, milk, sweetener, and yeast (instant or crumbled fresh). Add the egg and mix thoroughly with a spoon until you get a thick, sticky, and smooth batter (without lumps).
Leave the dough in the bowl and cover it lightly with greased plastic wrap or a cloth. Set the dough aside to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, e.g., in an oven preheated to 35°C (place in the turned-off oven).
After the indicated time, prepare the remaining ingredients. Wash and quarter the apple. Peel and core it. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise, then slice it crosswise into fairly thin slices. Add the apple slices to the bowl with the dough. Mix well with a spoon.
Heat a non-stick pan over moderate heat. Melt and spread small amounts of oil over the entire surface to fry several pancakes at a time. Spoon portions of the batter and fry on low heat. Cook all the pancakes until they are golden and slightly risen, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the finished pancakes to a plate.
Eat immediately after preparation.
