To prepare your eggs for a protein omelet, start by washing them in warm water, then dry them off and crack them open— separate the yolk from the white and place them into two different vessels. Carefully (ensuring not even a bit of yolk is mixed in) put the whites into a clean, dry, and tall container, such as a blender pitcher. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat them with a mixer or a kitchen whisk until stiff peaks form.
Once the egg whites are beaten to stiff peaks, begin adding the yolks and protein powder in small parts, continuously mixing.
Heat the butter and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
After a moment, transfer the prepared mixture and fry, covered, over very low heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
Flip to the other side once the mixture has set slightly.
Transfer the cooked omelette onto a plate.
