In a bowl, place the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix. Add half of the olive oil and warm water in a ratio of about 1:2 (water:ingredients). Add the water gradually, so as not to add too much and so that the dough is not too sticky. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon, then knead by hand. Knead until a uniform, elastic mass is obtained. If the dough is too sticky - add a little more flour.
Transfer the kneaded dough to a lightly floured surface. Form a flat disc of even thickness with your hands. Adjust the diameter of the disc to the size of the pan in which you will prepare the pizza (for convenience, you can form the disc to the end directly on the pan). Evenly spread the rest of the olive oil on the pan. Heat the pan over medium heat. Transfer the prepared disc to the heated pan. Fry until lightly browned and slightly hardened, about 4-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the disc. During this time, prepare the remaining ingredients.
In a bowl, place the ketchup and peeled and pressed garlic (or dried garlic). Season to taste with pepper, dried basil, and oregano. Grate the cheese or chop finely.
After the indicated time, turn the disc over to the other side. Immediately after turning the disc, spread it evenly with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pan with a lid and fry until the bottom is browned and the cheese has melted (another 4-5 minutes).
Transfer to a plate and eat immediately after preparation.
