Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • 140 g Avocado 1 medium piece
  • Chives optionally
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Wash and dry the avocado, then cut it in half lengthwise. Next, remove the pit and gently enlarge the spaces where the pits were, scooping out part of the flesh with a spoon. The size of the cavities should match the size of the eggs.
