<li><strong>Clarified butter</strong> 1 teaspoon (5 g)</li>



<li><strong>Salt*</strong></li>



<li><strong>Pepper*</strong></li>



<li><strong>Sweet paprika*</strong></li>



<li><strong>Dried garlic*</strong></li>



<li><strong>Curry*</strong></li>



<li><strong>Chili*</strong></li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Step 1: </strong>Wash, dry, and slice the tomato (remove the hard, green parts from the center). Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber. Peel and slice the onion.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Step 2:</strong> Clean and cut the meat into small pieces. Season to taste with pepper, sweet paprika, dried garlic, curry, chili, coriander, cinnamon, or kebab-gyros spice mix. Mix well.</p>
